Reservations and Cancellation policy :
Your credit card will be charged the full tournament fee amount 7 days prior to the tournament date. Cancellations by a member 7 days and 4 days prior to a tournament date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations by a member 3 days or less
prior to a tournament date will result in a forfeiture of the entire, prepaid
Tournament fees per event include the green fee,
cart fee, range balls at most tournaments, prize pool of $45 per tournament and
$5 Tournament of Champions prize pool contribution, and an administration fee
of $29. $10 addition fee if reservation is made 3 days or less before
the event. Total fees do not change if you choose to walk in an event instead
of using a cart.

Fees are based upon entry 3 or more days before each tournament. Thereafter,
entry fees increase by $10.

I authorize WCGT, Inc. to charge
my credit card on file, for all tournament fees that I have signed up for
7 days prior to each scheduled event
understand that if I cannot play in an event that I have made
a reservation for, it is my responsibility
to notify the WCGT office prior
to 7 days from the scheduled tournament date or I will be
payment for the event based on the above mentioned cancellation policy
